What is your Shipping Policy?
FOR ORIGINALS: Shipping is free on all works of art 36" and smaller going to 48 U.S. states. Larger pieces are shipped at Buyer's cost. Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will need to contact me directly through the website at trudyconnor@gmail.com to arrange shipping fees. All non U.S. clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.
How do I make sure I am getting the piece I love?
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like a closer look at a painting and cannot come to her art studio, please FaceTime Trudy and she will have you view the original art via phone and if necessary, show you how it looks under different lighting. Photographs can have slight variations in color versus the actual painting. All sales are final.
ORIGINAL ART ARRIVED DAMAGED: In the rare event your art arrives damaged, It will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you (or you will be reimbursed for the cost of the painting. Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork,
and send us an email trudyconnor@gmail.com with the photos, details, and we will take care of it.

Can I Commission a piece of Art from you?
I will occasionally work with clients to do special commissioned pieces. Please contact me trudyconnor@gmail.com
